Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This courtesy allows the time to be offered to clients on our waitlist. Cancellations and no shows made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
